Delivery & Returns

We have designed our site to make your shopping experience as simple as possible. To make a purchase simply click the ‘add to bag’. When you have finished your selections, check through your purchases to ensure correct size and colour, and finally click on ‘checkout’.

Orders will normally be despatched within 7 – 10 working days from receipt of your order

UK Delivery Charges

We use Royal Mail Signed For for smaller items such as hats, gloves etc
For larger items such as jackets and gilets we use Fed Ex and a next day service
Please remember that we make our own products to order
For orders up to £150.00 = £4.99
Over £150 = £12.00

Europe Delivery Charges

£1.00 – £50.00 = £3.99
£50.01 – £100.00 = £10.00
£100.01 – £150.00 = £15.00
£150.01 + = £30.00

All Other Country Delivery Charges

£1.00 – £60.00 = £10.00
£60.01 – £150.00 = £15.00
£150.01 – £250.00 = £20.00
£250.01 + = £35.00

Returns If in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have ordered from us, you may return them in their original unused and unworn condition within 7 days of the date of delivery. A full refund or exchange will be given on all products excluding made to measure bespoke clothing, beanbags, any rugs larger than a double size & sheepskin throws. We will only refund postage if there was a fault with the product. All products returned for an exchange will incur a duplicate postal charge.

Please ensure that when returning items that you use an insured method of delivery, as we are not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit.
